"When our kitchen flooded we hired the contractor recommended by our insurance company. The contractor told us they'd never seen an underlayment like ours, etc. and would need a lot of extra money to cover labor. I called My Beauty Floors to get a second opinion and Jorge immediately came over. It turns out we have a standard underlayment and My Beauty Floors also gave me an estimate of how much they would charge for labor (it was much more reasonable). They also took the time to explain the tile installation process and answered all my questions. I tried to pay Jorge for his time, but he politely refused to take any money. Next time we need any work done, I will call My Beauty Floors first."
