"A man who claimed to be the owner had been very aggressive when he was trying to remove the acrylic nail but instead felt like he was trying to remove my own nail, he was also very impatient and I told him that I came to that store to pay for a service so that I can be relaxed and he got frustrated and just told me to get out. He should be fired, if he is truly the owner then his license should be removed for being unprofessional. Also the place was very dirty. It should not be providing services."

"A friend of mine had went to rose nail salon and she told me that she came to the salon to pay for a service and instead went out of the store stressed. Her experience was when she was getting her nails done, a male worker claiming he was the owner, had kept on being impatient and aggressive for pulling out her own nail with a tweezer very painfully and had told the man to be gentle and she told the man to be more gentle to the point where he showed frustration and had kicked out the customer for something that could’ve been done more simple."

"I had gone to Rose Nails a couple times mostly because there affordable prices. Tony is hood and takes his time just done like the smell of smoke. The other male needs bit more work and Rose herself was just not what I expected. She’s fast! But simply her multitasking and truing to take care of all the woman coming in at the same time is just annoying. She was in a rush to finish with me & my shape is nothing like what I asked. She is nice don’t me wrong but, TAKE YOUR TIME LADY!!!! We are woman, we know we’re gonna take a while at the salon. Ughh!!!"

"First of let me start by saying I absolutely loved my nail color. I went in for a full set because I wanted my nails done before Valentine’s Day, because ya know...be prepared. ;) however I was definitely not satisfied with the way my nails turned out. I had acrylic all over my fingers on top, the acrylic is still all over above my nail. So it’s on my skin. The gel on the nails is blotchy where you can see the white acrylic. Some of the gel is also lifting where she applied it to the lifting acrylic as well. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. I was basically rushed out of there. It took her like 25 min to finish them and she didn’t ask to bother what shape I wanted them. This is the first and last time I will be going there."

"Rose is awesome but she doesn’t always assist you. Her coworkers are rude and argue with customers request. I went to get shellac on my natural nail and requested a color. Nail tech grab the wrong one and continued to paint my nails after me telling him five times that it was the wrong one. He insisted it was the right color!!!! I literally had to pull my hand away from him to stop. He seemed to have gotten upset at my request and he painted my nails worse than what I would have done. I kindly asked if he could please clean the smeared polish and decided to tell me that’s why you should have gotten a manicure instead! Worst nail tech ever! I had polish on my finger and it was so obvious he did a terrible job painting them because the color was plum. If you do decide to go to this place please make sure you get Rose or the other lady. The men are terrible at doing nails and don’t have patience. By the way after such a terrible experience I still tipped him generously. He didn’t say goodbye or anything the man just looked upset as if he hated to work there."
