"No communication and rude front desk. I mentioned three times to call 30 minutes before delivery and after they was late I went there to check and they said it delivered to the correct address by garage door and I checked my camera while I was there and lady over there keep saying this is the address you wrote we don’t know go check your house and then the neighbor that received the pallet stopped by our house and told us that they miss the address (I don’t recommend working with them )"
"I went to Castillo today to get a yard of dirt. I paid for that full yard. I didn't realize how much a yard weighs. Our Ram 1500 could only hold a 1/2 yard of dirt due to weight. We took that home, did our thing and realized that was all we needed. We also needed Mulch, so we went back to get the other half, that I didn't need and they adjusted the invoice with no issue to 1/2 yard dirt, 1 yard black mulch. I paid about $65 for all that. The dirt was clean, the mulch was clean. Services was epic and prices are amazing. Definitely going back for our future projects this year. Let alone, their customer service and care for the truck is top notch! (1 yard of mulch easily fits a 1500. You can squeeze a 1.5 yard of mulch. But dirt, the weight limits you to 1/2 yard. Just for reference)"
"We had a great experience with Castillo grass. Purchased a pallet of grass and while there were delays in the delivery, they still were able to deliver the following day. Most of the pieces closest to the pallet were dried up and crumbled up while handled, fortunately, we had already laid what we needed. The grass seemed a little wilted, but sprung to life as soon as we watered it. All in all, it was a good experience and will definitely consider them for future needs."
