"Customer service needs improvement. Was greeted on the way in by the cashier. Walked all the way to the back of the store to look for some shiplap. I stood there waiting for some assistance, and employees just kept walking by repeatedly. I even walked around with my sample but everyone kept walking around or stocking . After not being acknowledged by any employees I walked out, passing up 4 employees on my way out. Not one stopped to ask me if I found what I was looking for. First and last time here. Waste of a 30 min drive from Houston."
