"I called Holden Roofing in the evening right after a hail storm. I wanted a roofing company that has been around for a long time and not a storm chasing roofing company. Stephen Stark called me the next morning to schedule an inspection. He showed up early and was very thorough in his inspection. He took care of filing the claim and meeting with the adjuster. He and Linda Lee, from the office, kept me updated the whole time the claim was being processed and completed. When it was time to start the work, communication was second to none. Stephen is very knowledgeable in the industry and always had answers to all my questions. He knows the insurance companies as well. The roofing crews all knew what to do. They were very quick and clean. There was a small issue with some siding tear out when they stripped my roof.
