"My son had his 9th birthday here. I was pretty disappointed with the experience. They allowed us to bring in food & drinks. They provided a small birthday table for us to put the food drinks & cake on. I asked where the kids eat & they said on couches & random tables around the facility. I didn’t like this at all because imagine paying almost $600 for 8/9 year olds to sit on couches to eat pizza & cake. When I said something about this the staff then set up another table for the kids to sit at so we could properly sing happy birthday to my son. I just feel like the set up needs to be better for birthday parties. How about a party room? If you’re thinking about going there for a birthday just let it be an activity you do for the day & leave & celebrate somewhere else. I’m giving them 3 stars because the owners were nice & tried to accommodate my concerns & my son still had a good time, I just wish the set up for birthdays made more sense."

"Took my bf and had a great experience. Our first time doing VR. Was able to book online last minute. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile. Staff is very professional and accommodating. Super clean. We did the zombies. Was a little intense for me but my bf had a really good time. I would recommend. The play areas are separate but you can still hear your partner in the headphones so it was fine."
