"Worst experience buying metal from a supplier we have had. First red flag was that they take 100% of money upfront. Thats not standard. They promised a 3 day delivery...it was actually 12 days later. 2nd red flag was they require you to provide labor to assist in rolling/unload the panels on site. So, you lose half a day of labor to help them unload the metal you purchased at full price + delivery. Then why charge delivery if we have to help them? 3rd red flag- they delivered the cheapest ridge caps available (5x5) which are ge really used for barns or storage sheds...and refused to take them back or exchange. So we lost $500 on that and still had to go to a reputable supplier to get the correct ones at full cost. They almost ruined our contract. Worst suppliers we've ever used. I wish I had done more research before sending them money...then waiting weeks for my product which they said they had in stock. Since they took full payment up front, their customer service response seems to be "so what? You already paid for it before"...Literally. Couldn't make this stuff up. Learn from our mistakes, just stick with reputable suppliers you know. We tried because they were cheaper...but ended up costing us way more using a cheap company."
