"This company is truly horrible they have lost all of my paperwork and after 5 plus weeks had to start all over again. They set the schedule on when they are coming to your house and they missed 3 appointments, 2 within 2 days. I was mad but how, I’m just disappointed in how disorganized this company is. The bottom line is that they just don’t care about the customer!"
"I have been waiting for a call back from a supervisor for 2 weeks despite calling back to remind them. I had flooring done, it came up, they sent an installer to fix it and he told me they installed it too close to the wall with no space. I emailed michelle when he told me this with no reply. Now my floors are doing the same thing and I’m getting no reply by a supervisor. Michelle said her supervisor said it won’t be covered despite me making her aware of the initial error. Now at I’m trying to speak someone directly I am being completely ignored. I tried to go in person but was told there are no supervisors in the display room? DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! UPDATE: I was told the store didn’t have supervisors to speak to, odd. So I went to the warehouse itself where I had to hopefully be able to see Michelle’s supervisor Jeff in person because he was dodging my emails. He said he’d send someone out to take a look, didn’t give me a number to contact him, only his email which I had and he wouldnt respond with. That was 2 months ago and he has yet to respond to me again."
"They are a wonderful establishment! We had our house built in 2019 and more recently had water damage in our home. We teacher out to the facility and they were able to help locate the exact flooring that was originally put in our home and still carried it! Michelle was very helpful and assisted with putting us an order of 22 boxes that was needed to complete the job for us to purchase. Process was seemless and easy!"
"They are the tile and flooring installer for our new home. Our master bath has poor quality install with sloppy grout work. Tiles and grout cracked with some settling and we've been trying for over 2 months to get them out to repair under the warranty. Poor/slow communication!"
"Great selection, horrible execution. We are forced into using this flooring company for our new custom built home. We made repeated requests through our project manager to give our engineered hardwood flooring time to acclimate to our home. Not a farfetched request for a flooring company, right? Wrong. Not only did they deliver and install the flooring, they did it all on the same day more than likely because they know we visit the site regularly. They claim the flooring "was acclimated in a warehouse that mimics the exact environment of our home." Anyone with brain matter sees right through this. WE don't even know the exact environment of our home, let alone the climate as we've never lived there and the HVAC isn't even running. BESIDES all of that, the manufacturer of the flooring we purchased, on their website, says that the flooring needs to be acclimated to the environment it will be installed in for at LEAST 7 days. We went to see the work and they're attempting to override the exact issue I knew would occur by leaving white stone on our brand new flooring. We're now having to work with our builder to fix this issue as there's no way I'm going through the headache of ripping out flooring that has shifted or buckled because this "flooring service" has no clue how to work with flooring. Avoid them if you can."
