"If I could give no stars I would. Run, don't walk away from this company. Your work will be left incomplete and with very poor quality. They have terrible communication, will not call you back when needed, and will just show up with out scheduling times and dates. They had to redo most the work and it is still not satisfactory. I have done several renovations in 2 states and this is by far the worst company in both quality and service I have ever worked with. You can surely tell their finances are not managed right by the owner as well being he can not pay his own guys for work and wants his customers to pay him when the job is not finished. STAY AWAY FROM MGI"

"I went for an interview and ending up starting the same day. I went to a job site over an hour and half away. While there the language barrier with the current employee was a major factor. I don’t speak Spanish but as most people we learn all the bad words first. So when racial slurs were spat while “yawning” or “singing a song” I definitely noticed. Being out of town I chose not to confront the person simply because we wouldn’t be able to converse and continued working. However when it came time to pay Ed was very short and evasive, only willing to pay me 70 dollars after agreeing on $20hr. Saying that the crew said I was on my phone 4 of the 9 hrs I was there. After speaking with ed he later blocked my number and said it is what it is. I would pop up at the office for them to gaslight me and tell me he is unavailable in which one time he was actually in the office on the phone in a “meeting”. That according to fransico would be 2hrs. Currently filing for withholding wages."
