"I am on both the M12 and M18 platforms. I cater to my batteries (don't drain them down to nothing. If I know they gonna run hot, I work 'em down to 25%, rest 'em and then use the "slow" charger to bring 'em back up to cap.) Long time storage is at 50%, checked with multimeter, not the lights. Stored at 75° in low humidity. Recently had a M12 6.0 go completely dead on me (within the warranty period), and an M18 8.0 with significant decreased performance. Took them both to the Waukie Service Center off San Pedro, they checked them both, and determined they were bad. One week later, I was given new recently made batteries. Customer support is everything these days. Waukie sold me on their hard to beat performance, and warranty. Also to note, that they have service centers in major metro locations for warranty or service related issues. What other tool company has that? Waukie is at the top of the game IMHO. Nothing is perfect, but this company strives in customer satisfaction for sure. You will pay a bit more for the tools and battery, but remember, you are also paying for the insurance/ warranty, and a company that truly stands behind their products."

"I had a good experience in here before but this last time I went there was a chubby short guy, I didn't get his name but he was extremely rude making comments trying to insult me and not wanting to help me and I was being totally normal and cool and he was just rude . He told me he couldn't do nothing for me and I told him I had been their before and they refurbished my old impact, then he finally took it in . But I haven't got a call back yet. Employees like this need to really be evaluated I'm so sick of rude lazy people."

"Update August 6th 2021: By far the best warranty/customer service I've come across , as we all know these electronic awesome tools come with a nice warranty that allows you to experience the tool capabilities and if something goes wrong with your tool they offer a piece of mind warranty. Red Carpet service, I'm satisfied with this company service , Ed had great customer service skills.. The tools speak for themselves, the best tools I've ever had, after starting to flip homes , I needed reliable strong heavy duty tools and this brand fits the need. I personally use Polesaw/ hedge trimmer and chainsaw the most."
