"We had a water leak and contracted with Alamo Flooring and Construction through our insurance company to repair the water damage to our ceiling and walls. Their water mitigation team was able to quickly come out and remove the damaged drywall and install drying fans to minimize the damage within two hours of us contacting them. The contractor who completed the repairs was friendly, quick, professional and did an amazing job repairing our ceiling, walls and baseboards. You can’t even tell there was previously water damage! Thank you so much for helping us through such a stressful time!"
"One star because there's no 0 , this company was recommended by USAA . Ifrst wanted the deductible up front (2000$ ) without a proper invoice/,estimate 2nd Wanted to install an innappropriate tile in my house when I refused he abandoned my project and I had to become my own general contractor . 2nd I had two claims he never finished the second one either. This company needs new service oriented management. Ps I was a contractor myself for years did millions$ of work never seen something like this.update 11/28)2023 after two phone calls to insurance company this people finished claim. #2"
"We had two large trees fall on our house in late April. Turned in the claim to State Farm at that time. Alamo Flooring/Construction sent a man two days ago. I’m the homeowner along with my spouse and we are both named insureds on the Homeowner Insurance Policy. The trees fell on our roof but this man showed up in a sedan and no ladder. We weren’t sure who sent this company and when I asked if this was about our property claim he immediately said he knew nothing about a claim… weird since he showed up to look at the damages! I tried to show him the photos of the trees that had fallen but he seemed uninterested. I then asked if someone may be coming to get up on the roof to see the damages. He completely blew up at me, pointing his finger at me and told me that I had better change my attitude and if I was having a bad day I had better not take it out on him! Guess I was asking too many questions and never even raised my voice. He tried taking photos of our roof from the backyard! Honestly, this company needs to hire real professionals and my suggestion is STAY AWAY! This man obviously enjoys bullying women. We had an experienced adjuster come out yesterday and he was all over the roof, fascia needs to replaced along with all of the gutters. When I told him what happened he told me that no one should be talked to in manner. This incident was reported to State Farm."
"Highly recommend Alamo! These people came to my house in the middle of the night and helped me deal with a flood from a backed up toilet. They were prompt, friendly and thorough! I could not have been happier with the service I received. They also helped me put my house back in order and did amazing work on the restoration. My project manager walked me through every step of the build and helped me get my house how I dreamed it to look. So even though it was a rough start my house ended up looking 10x better in their hands. Thanks Alamo!"
"I had a leak in the ceiling of my downstairs bedroom. They came out, opened the ceiling, dried the carpet, dried where it leaked, and sprayed so no mildew or bacteria would grow. The guys that came out did a great job. After the job was done and the insurance (USAA) paid their part,my part was $1000. I explained to their "office people " that I am retired military and I get paid once a month, the beginning of the month, but I would be able to make payments because I didn't have $1000 extra. Instead of working with me to pay a little here and there, they wanted to put a liene on the house. They didn't even want to work with me.All they cared about is their money. They got paid so I'm sure they are content. I do not recommend them to anyone."
