"Good people"

"They had the product when others didn't, so they deserve at least a couple stars. The list of poor reviews for this place are accurate, though. I called ahead before making the trip there to make sure they would be able and willing to cut a sheet of plywood so it would fit inside my vehicle. When I arrived, I made my purchase and asked them to cut it. A guy behind the counter whom I wasn't even speaking to interjected, "No. We don't do that. Our other store probably can. Even if we wanted to, we don't have any tools here. No circular saws, nothing." Then he quickly exited the room. Bruh. There are literally tools hanging on your walls. You call yourselves a building materials supply store yet don't have a single useable saw on site? Come on, now. You're embarrassing yourself. The possibilities are: a) One of them is a straight up liar b) One of them is willfully ignorant and needs immediate training (a saw is a dangerous tool -- you need to know what it looks like if you encounter one!) c) One of them is a miserable human being who finds joy in causing other people misery. He goes home at the end of the day, looks at himself in the mirror, and is pleased with himself for not just giving the bare minimum, but also actively not giving anything at all wherever possible. Imagine the "Cable Company" characters from Southpark. If nothing else, then Mr. Speak Without Raising My Hand at least needs a course on human decency."
