The staff in the store was exceptional beyond other harbor freight as far as trying to find items assistance with loading and unloading purchase items there’s a gentleman that works in the back, and I did not catch his name but let me tell you that man was a wonderful salesman because I left there spending way more than I planned but just incredible staff clean store and a lot of items were in stock and on the shelves unlike other harbor freight in the DFW metroplex, the store seemed to have it together."

"There's nobody on the sales floor so it's hard to get help. The cashiers are very slow to check you out. They want too much information. Phone numbers, emails, addresses. Then they try and get you to sign up for a membership or apply for a credit card. I just want to buy my stuff and leave. Never shopping here again."
