"I want to say to the store manager that an associate working in Garden center named Timmy did an outstanding job today, not only was he very helpful in helping us find what we needed but he also went above and beyond with loading a big Christmas tree unto our truck."
"Our Walmart has been very pleasant for the most part. The majority of the staff is friendly and courteous and the store has always been decently clean. I have run into the bathroom being a mess on occasion but it's by no means every visit. The grocery section offers a good variety of harder to find items, which is refreshing for a more out of the way location. But I do wish the clothing department had a better selection at times. And I've also had trouble finding an associate in the makeup department."
"Well, I like the greeting at the entrances. It is nice to see a person's smiling face. Having an ACTUAL person there makes the difference. It would also help if more employees were available for questions and opening locked display cases... instead of hiding. The Cosmetics section is the worst. One last thing, the arts and craft section, namely the bead aisle, is always practically bare. I make jewelry, so it would be nice to have beads available to buy! Why go to San Antonio when I could stay in town and purchase my supplies at my local Walmart?"
"I have never been treated so rude in my life, especially not from the MANAGER of the CUSTOMER SERVICE department. I am a customer that did not receive good or any service at all for that matter. My items to be returned were given back to me and I was told to do it myself. I bought it from Walmart but I can't give it back? I wasn't given an explanation, they just made me feel like I was bothering them, and the young male "helping" before I requested help from a manger just kept laughing. There is nothing funny about being told I can't be helped and to figure it out on my own. What are they even there for if they turn customers away!?! Those are 2 people that should NEVER work in customer service. The manager's name was Maria. Steer clear of her and her nasty attitude. Walmart just lost a customer for life."
"My husband I went to this walmart to see if we could purchase data to our cellphones so Mr Giovanni Rodriguez was at electronics department who supposedly is the manager of premium wireless and we started talking with him and we said we were looking for service not phones and he asked what is the company u have now and we said Cricket. he said those phones can't be unluck so he went to the back and got 2 phones by the way he said I have 2 SG A 14 brought it over and 1 was A14 the other one A13 so we went home and I did my search found out our phones were compatible with company he said we couldn't so next day we went to the store trying to return those phones to customer service we couldn't we talked to this guy Giovanni and he said the t-mobile system is down I can't return this phones.there was a charge for $58 for each phone we want it our money back and he keep postponing the return cause system was down.we talked to the manager of the store she couldn't do anything we went to tmobile store in San. Antonio, nothing only they were able to cancel our service but not return those phones.third day we texted to him and see if he's done something .the answer was I call u went I have something for u I dont want u to coming back in forth to the store .4th day some else was there we brought the phones hoping we cod to something but nothing . at this point we get to the conclusion nothing we can't do.he put a luck in those phones for us not to return those cell phones and we cant belive walmat didnt do anything to solve this problem. I don't understand how come Wal-Mart can still have this company. Am not first person to complain with same"
