"Had an appointment at noon but the store was closed, the employee was inside and said they are running a bit late. Not a good way to run a business."

"Upset with experience here. Did a pierced ears here for toddler on 19 of August 2023. At first tricked us with gold and diamond stone earrings. After 1 months of using my girls starts to feel pain ..I thought she was fluttering them…but no…after two 1.5 the puss with blood appears. I asked the workers many times: “Are the earrings gold?” to which they nodded their heads and stated..that YES!!!!. but as it turned out, the earrings are not gold!!! but covered with gold... Such a shame for a popular piercing salon! My daughter has developed an allergy to these fake earrings. Is it really that hard to tell the truth or do employees not even understand the difference between gold and gold-plated earrings? Now we bought gold earrings in certified jewelry shop and don't regret."

"I will never go to this place again. The girl who pierced my ears didn't know what she was doing! Talked me into getting the solution, which I didn't need, alcohol would have worked as well. I tried to get studs out and like to never got out. I wanted to wear regular earnings .But the holes are so small, I can't get them in. Why use such small studs? I spent 62.00 dollars and now that was wasted money. I live on social security and money is tight. Not happy with Claire's."

"This store is exceptionally friendly and was able to help me with any questions I had about any of the products. They're knowledgeable, and it felt welcoming coming into the store. The products are cute and trendy, and I couldn't leave without picking up a squishmello for myself! It's adorable! If I could give this 6 stars, I would. It's a great place to shop!"

"Love how cute this place is!! Very smart to put one inside of Walmart, makes it wayyy more convenient for me to find cute accessories without driving to the mall. I went in to find some hair clips and the girl with purple hair greeted me and handed me a basket so I could carry any items without my hands getting full. She also helped me find three more items for the buy three get three sale they had going on, super helpful and friendly!! Will be bringing my kids here soon!"
