Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"First, SW paint is a great product; however the Hudson Oaks store is seriously lacking in Customer Service. We bought paint at the Weatherford store, got home and it was mixed wrong (honest mistake) Hudson Oaks was closer to the house, went and asked them to make it right, they refused and said we had to go to the original store because they refused to replace it. Went to the Weatherford store and they replaced it no problem. I asked what the policy was regarding another store replacing a mistake, the Weatherford store said that the Hudson Oaks store could have done the replacement if they had wanted to... they just didn't want to. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"Customer service is lacking. Friendly employees, however employee Colton needs to understand that going in the back of the warehouse to talk to his wife over the phone for 10 minutes instead of helping customers isn’t exactly the best way to make sure the customer is happy. I’ve spent a good amount of money over the years here and it’s very annoying when you need your paint and products and recommendations and have an employee when they actually decide to help you that just goes on and doesn’t get straight to the point. Nobody wants to hear for the millionth time that your wife is pregnant, nobody cares, customers come in here to get their paint and go, not to here about your life story. This employee needs to be trained better. Store is very understaffed as well."
