"I was looking for a place to a window replacement because I a rock size hole. I found this place on Google maps and since it was local and money wasn't an issue I decided to give them a try. I clicked on the call button and got answerd by the receptionist. As soon as I stated talking she grunted at me then hung up. I was furious by that. If she couldn't hear me she could have told me to speak up or move to a place with better service. If my tone was off putting she could have told me to calm down or something.
