"The ratings speak for themselves this location/store is awful. One thing you should know before buying anything is that every sale is FINAL!!! Which means that they’ll do anything to not give you your money back no matter the condition. They’ll offer you an exchange and then say that the piece of jewelry your trying to return is worn and has to be brand new to be “resaleable”. When we walked in this lady was so happy to return us our money back and it wasn’t until she needed manager approval when the manager walked over and immediately without looking at the piece of jewelry we’re trying to return said it’s worn and they couldn’t return either one. First of if your offering an exchange your going to take back the item either ways. Also mind you the items we were trying to return were in the box and never worn 2days after purchase with the original receipt. There is absolutely no reason why we couldn’t get our money back and the manager at this location needs to get retrained on good customer service. I will never consider buying any sort of jewelry and i also would not recommend it to anyone else either."

"Absolutely, remarkably, amazing customer service, the employee named Gabriel helped and answered any questions I had, I was inside the store for one hour and not any point he lost patience, also the store was quite busy with only him and he didn’t only help me 100% but he helped and assisted other customers alone. I was also extremely indecisive as I’m getting a gift for my girlfriend for valentines, so I asked to see a lot of options and he still continued to be very respectful and very helpful. We need more workers like this, he deserves a raise!"
