"Came and spent nearly $200. Vanessa asked that I input my email address to receive a receipt. Before I left the mall I checked my email and no receipt. I went back to the store and asked if I could get a printed receipt and was refused one because they wanted to conserve their paper. When I asked the girl her name she looked at me and said why… because Vanessa I’m writing a Google review on your rude behavior. Looks like other people have had the same issue with this girl. "Bought a belly button ring. Loved it but unfortunately it started to irritate my skin. Brought it to return and was told the manager was not here until late in the afternoon. I was unable to come back then and had to wait another week for a day off to come back. When i get here, the manager tells me they cannot do the return for body piercing. No one told me this at purchase, or when i came in the first time to return. Waste of time and money."
