"Waited for 4 hours for an event this establishment was hosting. When stating the issues I had, the person that running the front of the shop started raising her voice at me then the artist came out and started raising his voice and using profanity toward me. It was also not very comforting hearing the individual talk with someone else in the shop about her comfort level of allowing the artist to tattoo her while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Very unprofessional and no regards for the customers."
