"Recently went here, looking for some hair and just miscellaneous items and the lady who usually works the front counter literally from the moment that I walked into that store had her eyes on me and followed me around that store. Every aisle I was on she was near that aisle. She came up to me Several times asking me if I needed help, each time I told her I was fine and so finally I was looking at some wigs that they had behind the counter in an odd place in their store and she came over to me again saying do you need help and I said no I don’t. I’m fine I’m just looking at these and she says well you can’t back there, and I told her I’m not trying to go back there I’m just looking at them and then I said you know what I’m not buying anything from you. You Keep following me around if I need your help, I will ask you for help I put the products I had in my hands down and I left her store, and I refuse to give them any of my business or my hard earned money, and I will never return!!! Mind you I’ve been a customer here for years and I’ve shopped here And the last two times that I’ve been here they have followed me around as if I’m going to steal. And I Go into the store without a big bag or a backpack or a purse just a wallet so that I don’t have to be followed as if I’m going to steal because obviously that’s what all Black people do right?"

"Absolutely no respect for people of color!! Please stop patronizing this place, they will never change their attitude towards us. Most if not all of their shelved products are available online including the hair, use their establishment for product knowledge only. Order ahead or visit another local supply who'll appreciate your business. We are the reason their lights are on but they look at us in disgust when we enter their establishment. Upon entry I was asked "What you need" in a very harsh manner "We bout to close" as if I couldn't tell time. When I brought my items to the counter I was asked "Why you mad?" Never did I express being upset about anything. The audacity of this weave peddler!"

"I had a terrible experience at Kyung Beauty Supply Store. I purchased clip-ins that were the wrong length, and when I tried to exchange them, the owner refused and even involved another customer inappropriately. Despite being a loyal customer, they treated me poorly, with the husband going so far as to close the door in my face. Additionally, the hair quality was subpar, smelling bad, causing itching, and giving me a headache. The whole ordeal was unpleasant, and their behavior was both racist and rude."

"They are so RUDE in this store it’s ridiculous! The man behind the counter is the rudest! EVERYTIME his attitude is the same! No customer service period with No Apologies!!! I take my business down the street now although this location is closer!! I am an African American also and I watched him be this way to the 3 people before me who were also African American! Terrible 0 stars should be given!"

"This store has a lot to offer. They have a large variety of hair, wigs, and other hair supplies. The downside is that the staff is not friendly. Two of them looked at me as I entered and didn’t say anything. They were unpacking inventory, holding conversations among themselves, and didn’t offer any type of assistance to anyone in the store. I wasn’t greeted at the register or even asked if I had found everything I needed. If I had time to go someplace else, I would have."
