"Took my daughter in for ear piercings. Izzy was SOOO patient and professional during the whole "ordeal". Turns out my daughter wasn't quite as "ready" as she thought she was. We were there for a very long time. Not once did we feel rushed or like we were annoying her for being there so long. We will return once daughter is ready."
"Sam's customer service and professionalism was excellent! I took my 6-year-old niece to have her ears pierced and this was the second time at this location. The first time we went to Claire's the associate was multitasking and stopped during the prep process. Needless to say she did not get her ears pierced that day! So I explained the prior experience to Sam when we walked in and she understood. Sam explained the process to both my niece and I as she was doing the ear piercing. I really appreciate that she was very patient and cognizant that she possibly had a nervous little kid. I will say Sam was a champ and there were no tears we were both excited and she gave lollipops after the ear piercing. Thank you so much Sam for your patience, professionalism and your compassion!!"
