"I had three wisdom teeth removed yesterday at age 72 and it couldn't have been a better experience. I choose the IV so I was just under for the procedure which took about an hour; I would definitely recommend this option as opposed to being awake during the procedure. I have no memory of going under, the procedure or leaving the office. Today I have no bleeding, no pain or discomfort, and left with specific post surgery instructions. The staff was very efficient and helpful, and Dr Acord called me last night to follow up; a nice professional courtesy but there wasn't much to discuss.
