We are unhappy with the huge increase on debris disposal based on the trailer size rather than by cubic yard. Materials and overall customer service is ok."

"Worst dirt. Bought the most expensive bag dirt for my raised beds and fruit tree pots. None of them did well. Wasted so much money. Not sure what these guys are selling. Plants are all doing so bad. Lot of them died too."

"I bought the most expensive soil to level my yard as they recommended. They delivered me soil that have a lot wood chips in it. The lady over the phone told me that this was the best soil to level my yard and the soil was very fine cause it’s mixed in with sand. The price was 80.00 a yard turf mixed premium . If I knew the soil would have these many wood pieces in it, I could had save money and buy sands instead. Unless they delivered me the cheaper stuff and charged me for the expensive soil. My first and last time buying soil from this place."

"I ordered 1/2cy 1.5" river rock based on varying sizes shown in the website. However, what I received includes a large mix of pea gravel. I also realized the delivered quantity is a lot closer to 1cy, but I do not need that extra either. Ended up hauling gravel that I did not like and in quantity I did not ask for. Not cool The Ground Up!"
