"My daughter got her ears pierced here. The service was nice, and the associate did a very good job, but I want to complain about how much I paid. I saw online 2 different kits priced at $29.99 and $34.99, I even looked at that specific store, and that was the price. When I arrived and asked for those kits, the associate denied those kits and said that it's been a while since they had those prices, and gave me only 2 options, one for $60 and the other for $70, even though I saw they have the kits I asked for. I didn't have time to argue, so I took the ones for $60, but after all, the price was not even $60, it was $65. Of course, I confirmed the online prices with corporate, and I was right. They should have a $29.99 and a $34.99 kits. I even asked if the associates gets a commission for selling the specific earrings they sold me, but it seemed they didn't want to answer that question."

"Customer service is not helpful at all. I placed an online order 01/30/2023 for store pickup and have been calling the store literally to ask about my order as it is still in progress over 10 times with no answer. I have called customer service to cancel my order and I am told it takes 48 hours to cancel order then and additional 7-10 days for refund. One representative told me my order is still "In Progress" and the other representative told me my order is ready for pick up, so I told her that I have not received email that it is ready and I obviously know she is lying. I will NOT be shopping at Claire's anymore. Claire's corporate needs to handle stores better and customer service representatives be knowledgeable and not lie to customers."
