"I’ve been coming to Diva Nail for 9+ years and enjoyed every set I’ve received my experience at this facility has been beautifully done. I ask to see if the work can be preformed and they will let me know if it’s possible I even brought an image to cut to be a little extra!!!! I’ve never seen this done in Midland. The pedi are by far my favorite I’ve never caught any bacteria and the painting is remarkable!!!!! I’ve referred so many of my family and friends and they became clients give them a try I’m sure you’ll love it! Every one has there personal preference, but you won’t know until you try……."

"I don’t agree with any of the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here off & on for 6 years now. I’ve had almost everyone do my nails and never left unsatisfied. Jojo, Mark, Teddy, Kai and everyone else who works there does amazing at their job. I’m very picky and very particular about my nails. When I need a fix or anything, they are willing to help or explain why they can’t do a certain thing to my nails. My husband and I come here for couple’s pedicure and leave happy too. I get my nails done routinely. And I am probably more difficult because I like designs on my nails, they are patient with me and make sure I like them at the end. I recommend them to anyone who asks about my nails. Try them for yourself before listening to the negative people. Some people just want attention and don’t tell the truth. And for proof, I posted pictures of the nails they’ve done for me ◡̈"

"Got my nails done Tuesday and on Thursday day 2 . my nails were breaking and chipping on the sides badly and VERY VERY thin ! So I came back Friday to get it fix the guy in seat #3 tried to give me a attitude because I didn’t want him to do my nails again when he did them the 1st time & he said the powder he used wasn’t good ? But if he knew that WHY PUT IT ON MY NAILS ? in the process of Removing the nails he gets mad gives me a refund $60 and gets up couldn’t even finish taking my nails off the lady next to him had to . IF ITS NOT THE LADIES DOING YOUR NAILS I DONT RECOMMEND chair #3 !! On top that I felt disrespected on the customer service part I know they were talking about me just by the way he had a VERY bad attitude !! When I didn’t even have one myself or get loud I was very calm and respectful. Also, since I can’t reply to the statement below . YES I was calm ! Due to the fact the nail tech WASN’T he raised his voice at me & had an ATTITUDE especially when he gave me my refund ! RUDE AS CAN BE ! and that’s my opinion and as I read other reviews it’s not the 1st time . And bring short handed is not a REASON for poor service when I got my nails done it was only 3 PEOPLE (including myself) there at 1130am !"

"They were nice and pretty fast, but the nail tech I had was a male (don’t know his name) he switched out and had the girl do the other hand and they look completely different. I don’t have time to go back in, but I would if I did have time. They charged 100.00 for just my nails. Def not worth it. The girl that did my left hand did an awesome job. I’m pretty disappointed."
