I waited 45 minutes with no communication from her after the initial greeting. At 4:15 I left frustrated. Why make an appointment if I’m just going to wait anyway. No communication, no offer to reschedule. I took off of work for nothing and still need a haircut. Don’t waste your time with this salon or Jessica."
