"I never leave reviews, but I felt I would want to know if I was someone else. Firstly, the owner seemed VERY kind, so this review is not at all about him. After I was seated by the owner, I was told that Ryan would be doing my nails. I pulled my phone out to show Ryan a photo of the nails I wanted, and he waved it away and nearly knocked my phone out of my hand because “he had already seen it enough.” I know the struggles of being in customer service, especially during busy times, and try not to jump to conclusions about people, so I brushed it off and sat down. Ryan put my hands in a bowl of remover because I had dip from a few weeks prior, and, then, he told me to wipe them off myself and proceeded to leave for an extensive period of time. He did not fully return until I had removed the dip myself, which I did not have a huge issue with until he charged me for the service of removing the dip. I tried to remain friendly and positive regardless, and Ryan still treated me with aggression I have never experienced at a nail salon. At the risk of sounding exaggerative, he would nearly slam my hands down when switching to the other, twisted my fingers so roughly I nearly cried, and even cut my fingers several times due to negligence. After that, I noticed that my nails were not turning out like my inspiration photo. When I very kindly vocalized this concern, Ryan told me that he could not have possibly gotten them the same, as the photo I showed him was acrylics rather than dip. The photo was MY OWN hand from months prior, so I know this was untrue. Overall, he seemed to immediately dislike me for no reason at all and appeared very discontent with being there. I do not plan on returning myself. However, if you do feel like giving this place a shot, ensure you are paired with a technician other than Ryan."

"Mindy Vu is amazing and the sweetest! I have never had a bad experience with her. Her attention to detail is spectacular, not to mention her pedicures are out of this world! She does such great work, that I am always asked if my nails are fake."

"I don’t get my nails done often and was super excited as my SIL offered to take me. After I was shewed to my seat, the nail tech I got was rude and snappy with me, she just expected me to know exactly what to do and when to do it. I was uncomfortable and felt like getting up and leaving multiple times. She grunted, huffed and rolled her eyes at me multiple times. I will not be going back! She made this an awful experience for me. She also left what felt like super glue all over my fingers. The techs name tag said “Ruby” but I don’t know if that’s her real name. I’ll also add, I got Gel, red nails. They look fine."
