"Visited June 3, 2023 with friends and it was a lovely park. Something for everyone! Dog lovers and families with young children would especially enjoy the playgrounds and pet areas. Very nice asset for the city of Lubbock."
"My pup loves this park, although I'm not to enthusiastic about letting my dog play there for to long. People tend to bring their untrained pets there and most times they are very aggressive and other dog owners really don't pay to much attention to their pets. I feel like most of the people in Lubbock really shouldn't have pets. I've walked around a good majority of this town and people tend to leave their pets outside all the time during any type of weather with the gates wide open so the dogs go running around chasing others walking down the city streets. People don't clean up after their pets at this park either, they'll congregate and chit chat with each other and forget all about their pets relieving themselves around the two sections of the dog park. People that come to this park are irresponsible and inconsiderate. The park itself is a blessing, the people that occupy the park,....I can't say I care for to much at all."
"Beltane in the Park was a delightful time with new and old friends...enjoying the celebration..."
"My dog LOVES the big dog side of the dog park after it rains really good, because she can play in the high mud hole in the middle of it. I like it because I can take her down to the water holes, ponds, when we're finished and clean all the mud off of her. She stays cooled down and has fun, my van stays clean when we're done. WIN WIN. Oh yeah, the other dogs and the owners are always great to be around. The dogs are always very well socialized when we're there."
"Pumpkin trail was nice me and the kids had a great time"
