"Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Please avoid. EDIT: This is in response to their statement below. I definitely came in for a haircut, and it was the worst haircut I’ve ever received. The guy who cut my hair cut off way more than what I showed him in pictures and I even told him I didn’t like it. His response to me was that I would get used to it and that I should try something new. Debbie was the manager at the time. She understood that I did not enjoy my haircut and gave me a refund and told me to come in again later and the haircut would be on the house. Now I’ve learned that Debbie is no longer with the company and I have lost all desire to go back. I’m just over one month into this haircut and it’s uneven, choppy, and looks terrible. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out until I can get someone to fix it. Once again, PLEASE avoid this barbershop."

"Had an appointment, which I booked online because prior attempts to call or walk in have been unsuccessful. Was called 10 minutes before because the stylist left. I understand emergencies happen, and while I was offered to reschedule this is at least the 4th time I’ve either tried to schedule here or walk in and they weren’t able to see me. I needed to get a simple wash and trim of some dead ends for my kid’s baptism tomorrow and now I’m scrambling to find someone to take me in. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place but I’m tired of just trying to be seen here. Won’t try again."

"April should never pick up a pair of trimmers or scissors again in her entire career. I walked in with a taper fade that my brother (WHO IS NOT A CERTIFIED BARBER) did, and it looked decent but i needed a military style hair cut. I asked her to raise it up SLIGHTLY, and she even put her fingers where i wanted it (a little above the bend between my head and ears). She complimented how well my brother did cuz he fades with beard trimmers From prison. this woman then PROCEEDS TO COMPLETELY DISREGARD EVERYTHING I ASKED AND REQUESTED OF HER and RUINS the cut my brother did. I paid 30 dollars for a very very very very very bad haircut. What i don’t get is why ask what people want if you’re going to completely disregard what they ask ?? And why be a “stylist” at a barber’s shop doesn’t make sense. Before (left) and after (right)"

"I recently moved to the area after going to Floyd’s a few times in my previous city. This is my third visit to this location this year, having Jamie for my stylist the two recent times. Both times, I was extremely satisfied with Jamie’s work on my hair. Jamie was a thoughtful listener and made sure to check in with me during the haircut to make sure it was what I envisioned. I’m so happy to have a positive and reliable experience here — especially at this price. The quality and environment in the store is warm and inviting, as well as the staff who work there. I am continuously impressed by their level of service."
