"Interceramic will not beat anyone’s price or at least that’s what the young lady salesperson said. She definitely doesn’t have any people skills. Interceramic needs to screen your workers for personality. I was also told that she couldn’t print out everything that I have in my house. She said I would have to call my builder and have them release the info. Floor and Decor will get my business from now on because of one not so good salesperson."

"After a very bad customer service experience at Floor and Decor, I decided to try Interceramic Tile as recommended by my contractor. The first person I approached was unfriendly so I immediately walked away from her and sought the assistance from Val. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I took my time to select the tile for the bathroom floor, and found the most stunning marble floor tile for the master bathroom shower. I now anxiously wait for the arrival, which I was told would be 7-10 business days from Houston."

"Company lost my Buisness on a 20% restocking fee- which was $175. The sale rep never advised of the restock when checking out and it’s in the fine print. So heads up Don’t take the sale rep word that the product your buy is going to even come close to what your wanting or, trying to match. This was one of several projects being completed. This was a rough lesson learned for me."

"Very poor customer service.They could not look me up under my phone number when I had given them my phone number to track my order I placed. Tile came in and I was ready to pick up but receptionist says there is probably a 1 day wait just for them to load to my tuck. I drove 80 miles and had to go back home to wait for them to call me to go pick up. Beware of these uncommon practices!!"
