"Yesterday my mom and I decided to go and buy a clay chimney. We made sure to ask if they would help us load and tie onto our vehicle. They proceeded to say they do offer that help. Today we went and we got a very different response from the day before. As we were going to buy $250 worth of decorations they said they would not help us load it or tie it. Came home very disappointed without decorations but that’s their loss."
