"I can’t praise this store, staff and manager-Ashley enough! We had a birthday party there a few weeks ago and it was a huge hit. They went above and beyond to show my kiddo the very best afternoon. We learned they did parties and were pleasantly surprised by how helpful, accommodating and kind the whole staff was. If you’re planning your next party, this is the place. Thank you to all of the staff for making my kiddo feel so special and taking so much stress off the planning portion."

"Love it!! Got 3 items free for buying 3 items, yes it is quite the expensive place but the shop is very nice for young girls and boys if they like that type of stuff, my daughter got her some blue light glasses and and squishmallows along with a cup and a few other things for her bestfriend. The worker, which was the only employee there, Her name was Ashley, very sweet, talked to my daughter about mini brands and how they both collected them. Super friendly staff, definitely love that store!!"

"Customer service has been struggling post covid. But it is truly dead at Claire's. Wife took my daughter and her friend up there at 7PM, an hour before they closed, and the doors were locked. There were 2 associates inside who quickly ducked behind a counter to ignore them. My wife watched as other shoppers tried to enter and then they put up a makeshift sign. Ridiculous."

"Worst customer service experience ever! Would give zero stars if I could. I was overcharged. Promotion was buy 3, get 3 and 20% off everything with ear piercing. Coupons could be stacked. I received the 20% off, but paid for all 6. Called and talked to associate over phone and was told to bring in receipt and they would correct. Brought in receipt next day and different associate would not refund without merchandise. These were our purchased as gifts and have been wrapped. She was rude! Unhelpful! And had a terrible attitude!"
