"I absolutely enjoy most of my experiences with thus location. But today was not one of those times. I will take accountability on me forgetting to remove my work boots before entering store. While waiting in a line of 2 to 3 people a lady from back office shouts and rudely points " YOU NEED TO BE WEARING BOOTIES" !!! I apologized and tried to explain that I normally remove them at the door and I forgot . She had already had her back turned and obviously didn't have time or consideration to give me in this issue. 1. No signage stating this terms or conditions. 2. Unprofessional of her. 3."
