"Went in yesterday I got acrylic nails. For one, I picked a light pastel purple, and the color my nails turned out was a dark purple that I’m not too fond of. I should have spoken up about the color... So that’s my fault, but I still don’t Understand why the color was wrong to begin with.The women that did my nails was very rough, not friendly. And didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she had to take my polish off to re do it several times, and rushed through my nails. This afternoon I barely bumped my acrylic nail and it BROKE. I’m going back tomorrow to get it fixed, but after tomorrow I don’t think I will be going back."

"I went in asking for ACRYLIC nails with a small design. Here’s all the red flags I noticed 1)the nail techs area was dirty pre me being sat down and wasn’t cleaned before she started my nails 2) this shop is using DIP POWDER as acrylic powder but are charging you for acrylics 3) I asked The nail tech if she could do a design and showed it to her. She said YES, but did the design COMPLETELY WRONG. So I told her it doesn’t look The same which she replied well that’s computer generated I can’t do that. THEN WHY TELL ME YOU CAN! The design mishap is what mad me mad. I Understand if you can’t do it but don’t say you can if you can’t!"
