"So as a new coming Kentucky resident I’ve been in this store 3 times bought some controllers for my switch” exceptional quality, not putting it down” but…. As a former worker of Apple in 2020 customer respect has its boundaries and has its rules… walked in with one of my close friends to trade in a phone and educated as the cashier was very disrespectfully tells my friend he cannot do anything…. when my friend decides to call the shop itself to the manager and basically say he was just told on it the systems are up and working just to come into the store and have this very disrespectful man. Tell him they aren’t is plain idiocy. It is to provide the customer with what they need and want to the extent they can… it’s so funny that when we called, Mellisa pulled up the system to get it working… hence the fact he just didn’t want to do his job. Now if someone cannot do their job right, the job is not for them. and as the five star rating, I got working on Apple this is plain disrespect…. That literally 45 minutes ago my friend got a call, saying they can no longer do business…. And from rumor around in Madisonville Kentucky this is not the first….. there is no reason for disrespect to customers and I would highly not recommend shopping here if this continues to multiple customers in my opinion."
"Went in there to grab a gift card and the employee who greeted me was very loud and was distracting she wore a white wig with black flowers and would not leave me alone she followed me around the store and interrupted my transaction with another employee the employee who greeted me made me uncomfortable with how close she stayed and i felt like i couldnt shop around the store"
"I traded a phone here for a visa gift card that the clerk assured me that can be used anywhere that debit cards are accepted. Well guess what…I can’t use it anywhere. I called the card company and they can’t fix it and I went to game stop and they can’t fix it either. So they really just scammed me out of $130."
"Staff is always friendly at this store and very informative about systems and games. Every time I shop there, is always a positive experience. They recently have had a re-staffing of employees and thing seem to be much more organized."
