"I just wanted to make ya'll aware of a situation that just happened to me on Saturday August 13th @ 6:20pm (approximately). I walked up to the counter with 6 pair of shoes, ready to check out. The lady at the counter was helping another customer with a return. I'm not sure what happened between them, but the cashier was not happy about it. So much so that I, a person about to buy six pairs of shoes, didn't even get a greeting. And it's not like I didn't give her time. She pulled one shoe out of each of the six boxes and took them to the back to locate the other shoe. That took her at least two minutes. Another employee walked up and asked her if she needed some help and she said that she did, then the two of them went to the back. I wasn't asked how I was doing, if I was having a good day, or even told to stand there and shut up. I wasn't even acknowledged in the slightest. So I left. It's good to see that a store in a town the size of Madisonville Kentucky is doing so well that they can just ignore customers looking to spend a knot on footwear. I doubt I'll go back to your store if that's the kind of customer service that you employ."
