"I would never use Ewing Irrigation services again or reccomend them to anyone else. They rip off walk in customers by charging 30 % more. I went to get a valve twice this week. When i went today the clerk started serving me and then put me on wait to handle a phone call. One of the other clerks could have taken the call. When i went to get receipt showing i paid more the first time, the manager asked if I wanted them to charge me more? I said no. He asked what my problem was then? I said instead of paying more i should get money back on first one. He told me that wasnt going to happen and i did not have an account with them. I said that was wrong. He said, " we dont need your type of people shopping here anyway. See you later" i said i doubted it and he yelled to get out. Their mistake, their over charging, their rudeness, and i am a "your type". Ewing Irrigation a screw the customer business."
