"My insurance company said I had to take my car to Caliber Collision the wait was 6 weeks I had to pay $1000 deductible up front and I had to use Enterprise to rent a car.. Have you ever tried to rent a car from Enterprise or Hertz or Avis. Act of Congress! You have to have major credit cards that are not maxed out. Credit score of 720 or more and I never would see the money. Liberty Mutual would pay them direct. I had no say so.... Until I met Dennis and the guys over at factory finish not only did they give me a free loaner car but I did not have to pay my deductible up front and he showed me what we would and wouldn't do to save a few bucks that didn't even matter they didn't even affect the car very much like a small scratch on my aluminum wheel and a couple other things that I could live with anyway they got it done and I will never go anywhere else those guys are awesome and they care!"

"Company was was great. I had put DEF fluid in my gas tank I called factory finish automotive they instructed me not to start the truck and within 15 mines they were there to drop my tank clean the tank and had me back on the road in a short time. Thanks guys."
