"After having a front end damaged the other insurance recommended this location for repairs. from dropping off and renting a vehicle everything went smoothly. Got my vehicle back in the estimated time and everything was repaired as stated. Highly recommend this location and everyone was very curtious and helpful. My consultant was Ulysses and he explained and took care of everything."
"I had an issue with manufacturer defective paint on my 2021 GMC Sierra AT4. Vincent was incredibly helpful getting this taken care of. They did such a great job I asked if they could also paint my fender flares, exhaust tips, rock tape on side skirts and tail lights. Ask for Vincent, he was incredibly helpful for the manufacturer claim and the additional work."
"Phenomenal customer service experience. Every single employee I came in contact with exceeded my expectations with hospitality. Josh was extremely patient and provided great detail of this entire process of restoring my vehicle back to its original state prior to my auto accident . He even took it a step further and got me in contact with enterprise for my rental. I am forever grateful for this entire team!"
"Before leaving your vehicle at this service, you should reconsider once more. Read about my experience and decide for yourself. On December 13, 2023, I left my GMC Yukon due to a minor damage in the front. Despite making an appointment two days ago, they claimed they had no record of it. I insisted on having an appointment and they finally accepted me. A gentleman came and assured me they would take care of it, without any issues. I appreciate his help. However, I wonder if it would have been better if they had refused, and I had gone to another service. When I dropped off my car, I asked how long the repair would take. He mentioned a few weeks, and I agreed. On December 22, I called him, but he never answered. I left messages for him to call me back. Eventually, he did and said, "We are expecting your car to be ready on January 10, 2023." I told him I hadn't received any notification. After hanging up, I received the mentioned notification. On January 10, I called him in the morning to ask when I could pick up my car. Again, he didn't answer. After several attempts, I left a note at the service asking him to call me back. He called me back, apologizing and saying the car wasn't ready; they were waiting for parts. I couldn't even ask why he didn't inform me. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, I managed to reach him and learned it wasn't ready. When I asked when it would be ready, he said probably on January 12, or if not, definitely by January 14, Monday. On January 12, I called again to ask when I could pick up my car. Of course, he didn't answer. I left another note and called, and he said it was postponed to Monday. I hung up, unable to bear it anymore. Each time, he gives me a date, and on that day, I have to forcibly reach him only to find out my car isn't ready. On January 14, with no hope left, I called again, and unsurprisingly, he didn't answer. I left another note. When he finally called back, he said my car still wasn't completed. When I asked why he didn't call and inform me, he said he was at lunch and would have called when he returned. In this horrible experience, what angers and saddens me the most is why they don't call or send a message through the system to inform me? How can there be such negligence? Don't you need to work? Is this how you treat all your customers? I can accept everything: delays due to lack of parts, employees unable to come to work, causing disruptions in the job. But why don't you call and inform? Why? It was the worst service experience of my life, and I never want to go near it again."
"Took my brand new 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport with less than 5,000 miles to this shop thinking it would be a great certified sterling McCall shop, boy was I wrong. To start off with I was told my car will take 3-4 weeks, ended up taking 10 weeks. After 10 weeks when I went to pick up my car I noticed a dark spot in the paint and a few panel gaps, 1 in the front 1 in the back, also they forgot to put a bulb in the blinker, amateur stuff really. After that I took it home and found out even more things wrong with my car for example, after receiving my car back the first time, I took it to Lexus dealership for its very first service and was told by the people at Lexus that they forgot to put on 2 lug nuts in my back left tire also they found a big chip on that very same wheel. On top of that, I found issues with panel gap in the rear and the front which grows bigger every day and is probably due to the fact they didn’t even clip the front bumper clips properly, they should be on the inside of my car then bolted but instead most of them are on the outside then bolted. On top of all these paint issues, panel gaps, lug nuts missing, wheel chip, the inside of the trunk is just a mess, there’s portions that weren’t even damaged and look damaged or not properly put back the same way they took it out. I’ve brought it back already once to get the lug nuts put back and was told to bring it back when the new wheel arrives to fix these other issues. In reality though these issues should have been fixed or corrected before even trying to give me the car back. They gave me back a mess and every day I find something incorrect with it. My car seems to have more problems after the repair than it did before the repairs. Portions that weren’t even affected by the accident seemed to be messed up. I have pictures of every single thing wrong with the car after giving it to this horrible shop. Keep in mind the shop got paid $15,000 to repair the damages, what did they do with all that money and time?"
