He’s giving excellent customer service and honest advice with what customers needs for them vehicle and what benefits them best also always greet with smile and get done in timely manner. All other staff also friendly and hardworking people. I recommend this location to my friend and family and every one else who read my comment here I always specially come to this location for my car needs because of staff and them honesty."

"One of the worst service someone can have went to replace tire and oil change car was making engine noise we drove all the way from Houston to atlanta and happen to show to mechanic and came to this surprise. Worst mechanic and service never recommending this place and this kind of service where u put someone in trouble. Unprofessional way with high price. Just coz u don’t want to change filter they do this."

"I've been to this location multiple times, and each time I'm disappointed to say the least. I've dropped my vehicle off at 7 a.m..... 8am.....9.am.... doesn't matter, have yet to get my vehicle back before 6- 6:30 each time. An oil change, alignment, and brake checks are simple tasks, yet I've been waiting 8 hours and counting for my vehicle. I come here for the convenience of the location ,but at this point it's more an inconvenience to keep coming...avoid this location if you are able"

"Do not come here unless you would like your time to be wasted. This is not my closest firestone and I decided to drive half an hour from home because I called this place to get an estimated time for a simple tire rotation and alignment, and was originally told that they could have it done for me in 1.5 hours. When I got there I was told it would be two hours. I decided to be in the local area since two hours didn't seem like a lot. When I came back, to my surprise my car was in the same position that I parked it in and was told that they only have two technicians and told me that it would take the rest of the day. I have also seen other people complain about the shortage of technicians. If this was the case, why give a wait time you cannot keep? I could have gone to the firestone near my home and not drive this far. VERY unsatisfied."

"If I could give a lower rating I would. Worst possible customer service—the wait times are ridiculous. I bought 4 new tires; 3 with extended Hazard warranties. Those tires had to be replaced @ 15,000 miles with little to no proration honored. ( Not that I wanted anymore of their products). Be warned, and be smart don’t go there!!!"
