"I had been bringing my Mercedes Down to Plano for service as dealers typically are way too expensive. Found EuroTech (Dreni - owner) and needed transmission job done. Dealer cost was silly and dreni was willing to do at a reasonable rate, but with high-quality full synthetic product. He even showed me the pan they replaced to show that the work was complete. Back in New England, for many many years I had a two trustworthy shops working on my Mercedes vehicles and a trustworthy shop to work on my Audi vehicles. They are not the largest shop but I could clearly see Dreni and his team knew what they were doing. The shop has great reviews and a solid history of working on a wide variety of European cars from everyday daily driver cars, all the way up to high end supercars and luxury vehicles. I also met Dreni (the owner) in person and after speaking with him, I knew my R8 was going to be in good hands. He sat down with me and walked me through his diagnosis of my car, what needed to be done, the cost breakdown, and estimated timing of completion. Everything was repaired at a fair price and the service was carried out in the exact time he originally shared with me. He also went above and beyond to make sure my car's overall health was in good condition. We discovered another issue that if not taken care of soon could lead to more, expensive issues. We've already shared pictures of the issue with my warranty company in order to get the work done in a timely manner. Overall, I'm super satisfied with Dreni's shop. I already have plans of taking my R8 back for some modifications and to take my Mercedes in for some service. Dreni, keep up the great work! With your shop nearby, I now have peace of mind with all of my vehicles if anything should happen. Thank you!"
