"I had a nice experience at this Firestone shop. Reneé was wonderful in customer service and provided me a good discounted quote when taking the lifetime wheel alignment and lifetime tire rotation balance. Their price always beat the competitors. The technicians are prompt and provide quality services. The shop is located conveniently on top of US380 and has ample parking outside. It’s always better to call before or go online to schedule the appointment or otherwise the wait time is long. There is a small area to wait and have a TV, drinking water, clean bathroom."

"Just drop it off. They'll quote you 1 hr and it'll take over 3. Call to talk to a human to make your appointment. You can make the most detailed request in your appointment notes, they'll be ignored until you show up for your appointment at which point they'll act like they tried to call you(they didn't) to tell you they can't do that service. Now refund me for the wheel/tire balance you charged me for but didn't perform."

"I almost always work on my own cars, but ran into an issue of time when the water pump went out on my Suburban. Victor and Renee got me in and out in less than 4 hours and the crew did fantastic and thorough work. Runs great and happy with the result. Could not recommend more."

"I have tried to contact you several times to find out the status of my refund. The 380 store in Frisco had my car for over three months to fix an exhaust issue that they previously repaired. After three long months and several lies later stating they were waiting on part, taking it to other places to fix. They informed us two weeks ago they could not fix it and they were refunding us over 2000 back which was the cost of the repair. Now I still have not received my email. I have asked the area and the regional manager to call me back. No response now your customer service stated it will be another 48 hours until I hear from someone. I have already gone to the local media to see if they can assist with this complaint since I cannot get a response from your company. We are a family trying to survive and I need this money to get the car fixed correctly since this store is overpromised and under-delivered. I am going to every social media platform plus the news to get my voice heard. I was supposed to get an email to provide my bank information so I can get the money faster and I still have not received an email. We have been customers of Firestone for 30 years and this is the worst service I have received and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sad about how poor the customer service is and no one will listen to consumers."

"After multiple other mechanic fails this year I came back to the location so that I may have peace of mind that my vehicle is safe to drive. Renee helped me book and reschedule an appointment. Listen to everything I had to say and logged it all. When I showed it for my appointment Brooks was very easy going and easy to speak to. He addressed all of my needs and we had a plan of action. I was helped in a very timely manner and it was very professional. His entire demeanor through the process help me to know that I was finally safe again on the road. Thanks to all the folks at this location for giving me peace of mind."
