"Honest and straightforward mechanic. A different shop told me my brakes were in need of replacement and tried to get me to commit on the spot to do it for $650. Seemed high so I decided to get a second opinion. Brought my car to Authority Automotive and they took a look and said my brakes are fine (still have 40% left). "I’ve taken my car to many different shops in the Frisco area and never had a good experience. Not until I brought it here. The clutch in my Subaru WRX went out and I chose this place based on the amount of good reviews they had and I am glad I did. They told me exactly what parts they needed to fix it and the cost of labor. The price they gave me before they serviced my car was the price I paid. Each time I called, the phone was promptly answered and my questions were always resolved. This was the first repair shop that I have had a good experience at and I will definitely come back the next time my car needs a service.
