"Service dept review My 2019 traverse has been in their shop twice in six months for A/C repair and it’s once again not blowing cold air. I have spent over $1500 since February and it still has a leak. They told me that “parts break”, but I’m not sure they are even replacing the correct part. The last time it was in their shop in June, I told them that I would have to wait for repairs because of the estimated cost. Their service writer(chase) threatened to drain all of the Freon out of the car even though it was working when I brought it in and it was 100 degree heat in Texas. I had to get the dealership owner involved."

"I posted this review on their main sales page then realized they have a service review page. Please note there are other service reviews on that page, so please read those not just those on this page! Today I visited the service department to have certified service maintenance done on my Traverse. There was some confusion from the information the previous service manger had given to me when I was there back in April, but thankfully Chase (new service manager) went above and beyond to get everything sorted out! While I was waiting on my vehicle, I noticed him chatting with each customer as he took care of them, & always friendly and calling them by name. You can tell he is working hard to establish a repertoire with the customers and make sure everyone is taken care of with excellent service. After my experience today, I will continue to bring my vehicle back here for service! Thanks again Chase!"
