Randy took the time to inspect the brakes and then, instead of doing a repair I didn't need, Randy Shoemake and Crystal Shoemake took the time to explain how the high-performance pads I had on the car caused the brakes to squeak from time to time and that I didn't need new brakes. They easily couldn't taken my money and I'd have never known. That's the level of integrity they have and I'll forever be a customer because of it."
