"After getting a lip piercing in Houston my lip started to swell rapidly causing my jewelry to become embedded. After I cld around to trying to find a place that had longer jewelry I finally came across this shop. The guy was super nice and text me their location. If you don’t know it’s a little hard to find but once I got there is really where the customer service was impressive. She came in super sweet and professional and was very apologetic in regards to what I was going through which was none of her fault. The jewelry was stuck and after several attempts we finally got it out. The relief was immediate and she was very mindful throughout. The shop was clean and very nice!!! I’m definitely going to be going back!! Thanks again to the great artist and piercer!!"
