"Bob Miller needs to come back and whip this dump back into shape. If you can't even answer your phone, you're not worth my time, either."
"It's in a bad part of town homeless people living next door it's not safe to shop there they don't care because the rent is probably cheap"
"Bought some pants and the seamstress had my pants hemmed in about 15 minutes. Great service!"
"This is the absolute worst business! Wait for hours while a single employee is fitting people for uniforms and vests, waiting on customers buying merchandise, taking measurements with no one to help or relieve her. The employee said she had no time to even eat her lunch and she had been at work up front alone all day. Staff in the warehouse give zero Fs about customers. A 12yo kid was in the back playing with merchandise and generally being unsupervised. The staff in the warehouse are rude, curt and unprofessional. Not to mention the store is unkempt and developing an odor from lack of maintenance. Galls is an embarrassment to uniform service companies. Miller uniform was a well oiled machine. I can't wait to see Galls lose their business as large agencies leave their sorry business practices for a professional organization like GT Distributors."
"Placed my order for 2 shirts. One is back ordered, which is become their everyday practice. The 1 shirt they had in store simply needed 2 patches sewn on the shoulders. Everything is in stock and in the store. This was 5 days ago. I was told I would be able to pick it up the next day. I called this morning and was told, no it will be sometime next week. So, 8-10 days to have 2 shoulder patches sewn on??? The back order shirt has no eta. They have a large wearhouse full of boxes and clothing items on property, but everything is back order? It is common sense that if an person is ordering a long sleeve shirt, they typically need the long sleeve shirt at that time. Who ordered uniforms months in advanced???"
