"(11/26/2023) the ladies of bygeorge south congress deigned not to discount a new white shirt, flawless apart from what looked like a coffee stain on the back, saying “we’re selling it as is”. y’all need to wake up: you’re not a vintage store so selling sullied items at full price is kinda iconic but maybe not in a great way."

"Do NOT come to this boutique!! Save your time, energy and money!! If you are not deemed worthy of their help/attention they will act like you do not exist. Sad. I walked into this boutique being very excited to view at some of my favorite brands, Bottega Veneta, Loewe, Maison Margiela, Bode, etc. I did not even get a single look or hello in my direction. As a tourist in Austin, that interaction put a very bad taste in my mouth. It's not worth it! Go save your money and visit the actual brands stores that way you can build a profile with each brand. Deliberately ignored by all 3 employees, I walked by each of them and made myself especially seen. I was utterly shocked and disgusted by such intentional negligence. I could tell that I was not wanted in that space. Very angry and disappointed in how they treat their guests."

"Be careful. I made an $1,800 purchase at this store, and despite being told I could make a full return if the item didn’t work (it didn’t), they didn’t honor the agreement and offered only store credit. On top of it, the manager showed no empathy at all. No “sorry for the misunderstanding”, “no, I’m sure that’s frustrating but that’s our policy.” Just the expressionless repetition of the policy. The other reviews on here make sense. Great shop, great product, poor service. This is 100% a reflection of the manager."

"Obviously a gorgeous store. There’s plenty to shop from. It’s very high end and the displays are. I felt done. This is a higher price point shop if you’re looking for well selected investment pieces."
