"The store is great, the manager not so much. I am 64 year old and tone deaf. I was checking myself out and missed 2 items. She told me. She scanned them for me so I thanked her and said I am sorry. She told me they will check me out from then on. I said ok. Next time in there was no checker I checked myself out. A worker told me she had to check me out after I paid already. Told her to check my bags and receipt, all was good. Next time I got checked out by assistant manager, she called police on me and band me for a year from the store. I spend about $200.00 a month at that store. Guess I will take my business to Bartlett now."
